There aren’t many Mechanical Contractors in the East Midlands with a rich history spanning over 100 years. This is one of them, and they are looking for a CAD & Revit Engineer to be a part of their next 100.
Development and investment in the team is a key factor in the company’s way of working and this has led to low staff turnover and a closeknit team.
This CAD & Revit Engineers role is for a leading Mechanical Contractor who have maintained a reputation for quality across all areas of the business. You will be an instrumental part of their Design department.
As a CAD & Revit Engineer, you will be:
* Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit, BIM from stage 3 to 6 Design levels
* Performing clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts early
* Collaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural models
* Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, Main Contractors design personnel and in-house Design & Contracting staff
* Implementing and maintaining BIM standards and protocols
* Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a CAD & Revit Engineer, Revit Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or BIM Engineer. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC/HND in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
As a CAD & Revit Engineer your salary will be within the £37-45K region. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the BUPA healthcare scheme as well as and the pension scheme.
