We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to identify and engage with potential customers.

You must live in the Liverpool/Merseydide/Cheshire/Lancs region. Able to commute to a remote office in Skelmersdale

The Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.

2. Utilize cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other sales prospecting techniques to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our products/services and their readiness to engage with our sales team.

4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, target market, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

5. Collaborate with marketing to leverage marketing materials, content, and campaigns in outbound prospecting efforts.

6. Use CRM software to manage lead information, track prospect interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

7. Conduct research on target companies and industries to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

8. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and sales pipeline development.

9. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect insights, market trends, and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies.

10. Continuously learn and improve sales prospecting techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Qualifications needed for the Marketing Executive:

* A proven experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or a similar role.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects.

* Experience with cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and CRM software.

* Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, lead generation techniques, and customer acquisition strategies.

* Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is a plus.

We're offering a high commission package to attract high-achievers. You will be able to earn £1,000 per month commission on top of a attractive base of up to £27k. £39k OTE
