Main purpose
Principle Accountabilities
· Responsible for all aspects of the administrative elements of the recruitment process.
· Compile new entrant list and new entrant paperwork.
· Liaise with new entrants regarding key aspects of their onboarding.
· Processing all paperwork and tasks associated with probations including obtaining references and DBS checks.
· Promptly answering calls to Recruitment and dealing with the requests.
· Updating internal systems with relevant information.
· Rigorously maintain the filing system to ensure that all paperwork is actively stored and is easily retrievable.
· Assist with the preparation of rooms and resources for assessment centres and with the smooth running of the day.
· Carry out photocopying as requested.
· Assist with any special projects and support the recruitment team as necessary.
Shift Pattern
40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours (some weekends maybe required , on call paid in lieu)

· Excellent literacy and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent planning and organising skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong administrative background essential.
· Ability to use own initiative.
· Committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
· Highly confident communicator.
· Ability to deal with confidential information.
· IT literate and sound knowledge of computer based packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Annual Salary 25k – 3k per annum
