Recruitment Consultant
Unity Personnel are an independent recruitment business working within the Yorkshire area. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking and ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience within a similar environment.
Core Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (some flexibility is required due to business requirements)
Salary - £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience plus car allowance and commission.
Responsibilities:-
• Business development – to drive new business opportunities within the industrial sector on both temporary and permanent roles.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Building strong working relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensuring that a first class service is delivered 100% of the time.
• Arranging and attending service review meetings to maintain strong working partnerships.
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed following our strict processes and procedures.
• Managing and growing a warm desk.
• Managing adverts/responses through social media and various advertising platforms.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, ensuring that their first experience with Unity Personnel is a positive one!
• On-site check ins.
• General admin duties.
• On call rota for weekdays and weekends.
Experience:-
• Must have previous recruitment experience. Industrial is preferred but would be open to other sectors.
• Proven background in business development including generating your own leads, following up calls and arranging meetings.
• Target driven
• Must hold a full driving licence and have your own transport.
