Head of PMO Innovation (m/f/d) You will lead the continuous improvement of our ideation and innovation stage gate processes while ensuring seamless integration with project launches. You will also manage our innovation project portfolio, optimizing resources and mitigating risks for successful project delivery and business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining project management governance, driving improvements in project management capabilities, and providing regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, you will ensure that projects align with strategic objectives, mentor project leaders, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
