Salary: 30-40k + commission

Position Overview: We are currently partnering with our client in their search for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation and play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales and client engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, laying the foundation for successful client engagements and revenue generation. This entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation. Your proactive approach to building and cultivating a full sales pipeline will be instrumental in driving the success of our recruitment initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation. Other duties may include but not limited to;

* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and cold calling potential clients.

* Identify and target key decision-makers within organisations to promote our recruitment services and secure new business opportunities.

* Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in addressing their recruitment challenges.

* Deliver engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

* Build a personal and professional brand within the industry through active participation in networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

* Attend client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

* Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure seamless handover and execution of client projects.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of success in building sales pipelines, generating leads, and conducting proactive prospecting and cold calling activities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with key stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Previous experience delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and attending networking events is highly desirable.

* Ideally, candidates will have prior experience within the recruitment industry, but a strong sales background is essential.
