Mechanical Site Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Project

The Opportunity:

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of the project, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the M+E Construction Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all mechanical works, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, monitoring project timelines, and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

Your Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Supervise and coordinate all mechanical activities on-site, including HVAC and ductwork installations.

* Manage subcontractors effectively, ensuring their work meets project standards.

* Conduct regular assessments of work quality by subcontractors.

* Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimise project delays.

* Resolve conflicts or miscommunications that may occur on-site quickly and amicably.

* Communicate to the team the strict Company Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements on a daily basis to guarantee compliance.

What You'll Need:

* Confident in managing site teams, with 5+ years of experience working on similar projects.

* Previous experience in Clean rooms, Pharma projects or Data Centres - preferred.

* Background in mechanical trade or relevant engineering qualification.

* Previous role as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar leadership position.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders.

* Strong Health and Safety awareness with strict adherence to guidelines.

* Self-motivated, prepared to tackle any job.
