Head of Reward - 12m FTC - Hybrid/Remote - Law Firm

Role: Reward Manager (Lead) - 12m FTC
Location: Leeds or Bristol - flexible hybrid/ Remote.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits.
  
JGA are partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a Reward Manager to lead their function on a 12m FTC.
  
Role Overview: Lead the reward agenda, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and engagement. Report to the Head of People Operations and support Reward & Benefits activities.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on reward and benefits.
Support and upskill the HR team on reward matters.
Manage one direct report's development.
Lead annual reward activities: market analysis, budgeting, and communication.
Manage relationships with brokers and consultants.
Improve reward and benefits delivery.
Update and communicate reward policies.
Ensure accurate legislative reward reporting.
Advise senior stakeholders on legal and market practices. Firm-wide Responsibilities:
Operate within the international firm structure.
Manage risk and compliance issues.
Collaborate to mitigate commercial risk. Requirements:
Experience in reward and benefits management.
Knowledge of pay, benefits, and pensions.
Project management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desirable:
