Housekeeper

MMP are seeking two Housekeepers on a full time and part time basis for a specialist hospital in Surrey.

The hourly rate for housekeeping staff £11.44

Hours 37.5 per week are either 7-3pm /8-4pm 5 days out of 7 (alternate weekends) for weekend work you will be paid time and a half.

They also have a part time vacancy for the same rate of pay - Monday & Friday plus one other day (22.5 hours) plus one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to uphold the hospital's high standards of cleanliness.Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
