Fantastic medium sized contractor looking to bring on a rounded Contracts Manager to oversee 3 Residential/Carehome projects in South West London. These jobs total a value of £40M so ideally you will have experience delivering jobs of a similar size.

These are brand new secured jobs so there is plenty of work. The company has several senior members from major contractors so you will have very good support around you.
