We are recruiting a Project Surveyor for a leading client of ours. This is an excellent opportunity and will be working from home and covering a large spread patch.
This role will suit an experienced Building Surveyor who can diagnose major defects and specify works to ensure that they are remedied.
As the Project Surveyor duties will include;
-Undertake detailed Building Surveys
-Production of project briefs for works to be undertaken
-Ensure asset and energy efficiency data is all correctly logged
-Ensure that any compliance and HHSRS issues are identified and reported
-Writing detailed specifications for works to be undertaken
-Preparation of tender documentation for works to be completed
-Contracts Management of works where required
Candidates should be an experienced Surveyor, who has experience of writing specifications of works to be completed. Should have an HNC in a building related discipline or equivalent experience.
