Used Parts Sales Executive

Used Parts Sales Person – Heavy Plant Construction Equipment
Following a recent internal promotion, we’re now looking for a Used Parts Salesperson to join our busy team in Leicestershire!
 
What’s involved in the role

Process customer and engineer orders.
Ensure margins are maintained during sales.
Proactively contact potential customers to sell used parts.
Identify future machine / component purchases.
Internal and external assistance with questions and analysis.
To ensure old unit returns are made within a timely manner, owning the refurbishment process.
Complete new stock updates.
Arrange national and overseas transport to satisfy customer requirements.
Maintain social media pages.
Assist different teams as and when required.
Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.What you will need

Ideally a parts sales background within the construction, HGV or agricultural machinery industry
Good communication and customer service skills
Good verbal and written skills
Negotiating on price within defined parameters
Proactive selling / upselling skills
Self motivated and able to self-manage
Work as a team member and work with well with other departments and customers
Invoicing process understanding
Problem solving skills
Own transport due to office locationWhat’s on offer
