We’re looking for a Site Manager with concrete experience to join one of the UK’s most prestigious projects. The role is with the main contractor who are in construction of the first reservoir in over 30 years’ to improve our water network in Hampshire. The project has several large reinforced concrete structures and buildings, such as the control room, valve tower, outfalls, culverts and large retaining walls.
The wider business has an excellent reputation in Hampshire working on sea defence projects, port extensions, water treatment schemes and emergency coastal repairs. They have a regional office in Hampshire and can offer you long term work in the area as well as investing in your career.
It is essential you have experience of working with concrete, possibly on reinforced concrete frames, large slabs or other structures.
Key responsibilities:
* Writing risk assessments and method statements
* Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN
* Overall responsibility of health and safety
* Managing design and quality of the project
* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
