Key Responsibilities:
This lovely one-form entry school is dedicated to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of their students. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing tailored educational and behavioural strategies to support students
Providing one-on-one support for students in the class aiding with classwork, reading, and phonics activities
Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers to ensure a productive classroom, including leading small group activities and proactively supporting classroom set up and clean upRequirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Experience working with children, preferably as a teaching assistant
A passion for supporting student development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
Relevant certifications or training in special education would be advantageous
