To establish and maintain relationships online to help proactively fill the talent pipeline
Use multiple social media platforms to promote new jobs and communicate the positives of working for company
Use messaging functionality to answer follower questions about working for, or applying to jobs
Maintain Facebook page by writing/posting contents such as links, videos and pictures of workplace
Manage Facebook ads for specific job postings
Write content for company sites to promote engagement
Souce candidates through other companies social media pages
Content creation and scheduling
Manage comments on social media content
Research other trucking related groups to be an active member to recruit candidates or stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry
Follow competitor social media pages and engage with drivers on their content
Be able to work multiple platforms
