Operations Compliance and Audit Business Partner

Job Description
In this role you will serve as a resource for a broad array of regulatory requirements and compliance matters impacting our Operations division. You will analyze, interpret, present, and communicate new and revised laws and provide regulatory guidance that affects Operations. You will coordinate the timely resolution of compliance and audit issues within Operations including the coordination and maintenance of WellSox narratives and tracking of process control metrics. Provide guidance and direction to the business areas within Operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory, compliance and other matters. Coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives, and support and/or lead business continuity functions and initiatives as needed.
