We are now seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join their dynamic team to help elevate their digital presence.
As UX Designer, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and impactful user experiences for e-commerce platforms, primarily built on Magento. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for e-commerce websites using Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Utilise HTML and CSS ensuring design feasibility and implementation fidelity.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Solid understanding of Magento platform and e-commerce design principles
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to create basic front-end prototypes
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user
