Our client is looking to hire an Engineering Design Manager who is electrically biased. In this position, you will play a vital part in helping drive the business forward as well as overseeing a team of talented Electrical Design Engineers.
As an Engineering Design Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading a small team of Design Engineers
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the best quality
Conducting assessments to identify potential project challenges
Be involved with vital business decisions moving forward
Be involved in the recruitment process
Conducting performance reviews and giving feedbackTo be considered for this Engineering Design Manager role, you will need the following:
Experience in a leading/mentoring position
Experience in Electrical Design
AutoCAD Electrical proficient
Experience in interpreting different technical schematics and report formatsIn return, our client is offering the following to the successful Engineering Design Manager:
£55,000 - £60,000
Flexible working hours
Contributory group personal pension.
25 days of annual leave plus all bank holidays
