Quantity Surveyor l CAT B Office fit-out project l Whitechapel, East London
This leading main contractor that specialises in commercial fit-out projects has seen excellent growth over the last 12 months and need to strengthen their commercial team on a live project in Whitechapel, East London. Your contract for this Quantity Surveyor position will start ASAP and you will be offered a minimum of a 6 month contract.
For this Quantity Surveyor role you will have at least 5yrs post graduate experience and will be confident in all Surveying duties on a project of £3m in value. It is a CAT B office fit-out which is part of a larger £28m refurbishment.
If you have been commercially responsible for multiple CAT B office fit-out projects and consider yourself to Intermediate level, you will be suitable for this opportunity.
Following this project you are likely to be given your own project from inception to completion and push towards running multiple projects concurrently and to Senior Quantity Surveyor promotion.
