About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for students during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
Providing support and guidance to students.
Ensuring the health and safety of students at all times.
Collaborating with school staff to support the overall educational mission.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
Follow the lesson plans provided to ensure a structured and engaging learning experience.
Support students in their learning and address any questions or concerns.
Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh and English.
Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
