About Us:
Set up in 2020, Lodestone Recruitment is a Sheffield based Engineering and Technical specialist Recruitment agency. We are located in the heart of the Engineering district in Darnall, Sheffield. We are a recruitment agency with a focus on permanent recruitment (small amount of temp work!) working with the best local engineering and manufacturing companies and Engineers within South and West Yorkshire and beyond.
Even though we have been set up for over 3 years, we still see ourselves as a startup agency. As part of your training and development, you will be working alongside an experienced Recruitment Director who has a track record in opening new opportunities with a solid network. As part of your training you will be able to see Engineering and Manufacturing processes onsite with our clients and see what they do and require first hand, as well as attain a qualification in Recruitment Practice. We already have an established client base and have live vacancies to pass on and convert business.
This role is different, as it isn't just a desk job. We actively attend numerous networking events across the local area including black tie events and have been involved with supporting local charities. We want to be involved in more local based activities, so are looking for individuals who are good communicators, are commercially aware and want to do something a bit different than traditional recruitment and sales. The willingness to succeed is a MUST!
Role and Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
* Source, identify, and engage with potential clients and candidates using various platforms and tools.
* Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database.
* Business Development and Account Management
* Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their needs and aspirations to ensure that you become the Recruiter of choice.
* Provide cost breakdowns and quotations to clients
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
* Achieve weekly and monthly KPI's and revenue targets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.
* Networking to become an expert in your market through social media and face-to-face contact.
Who We're Looking For: We are seeking individuals who:
* Well organised, quality driven & tenacious with a previous background in recruitment, business to business sales, telesales or similar.
* Have a strong passion for connecting people and a genuine interest in Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical Recruitment.
* Possess a high level of self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets.
* Be a good communicator and negotiator.
* Are proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment as well as being able to face rejection.
* Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory – those with a drive to succeed is essential.
What We Offer:
* Basic salary of £23-28k/annum DOE
* Bonus offered from monthly revenue of £3,500 every month - Excellent uncapped commission structure with on target earnings closer to £40-50k for first year!
* Hours - 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-2:30pm Friday
* Holidays - 25 days + birthday + 3 days at Christmas + stats - Total of 37 days
