We are looking for a dynamic and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Milton Keynes branch.

On a day to day basis you will:

Identify new business opportunities within your specialist sector
Develop and sustain relationships with clients and candidates
Source outstanding candidates for our clients
Manage an end to end recruitment process
Develop the Barker Ross brandTo be considered for this role you must have:

A minimum of one year of experience within recruitment
A proven track record of developing new business
A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial or Construction) plus the motivation and passion to develop your recruitment career further.Successful candidates will receive:
