Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems and equipment at a large commercial office site in Swindon. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operation of a prestigious facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and issues.
* Performing electrical repairs and installations as required.
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Documenting maintenance activities and keeping accurate records.
* Collaborating with other maintenance team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the facilities maintenance sector.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
* Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Valid driver's license.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
