We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, articulated, and driven Sales Admin Representative who can learn quickly and work independently for supporting our Sales Representatives working with Austrian and CEE customers.
Aufgaben
- After Sales Management:
- Correspondence with customers
- Order and after order procedure
- Documentation (Invoices, Claims)
- Delivery Coordination:
- Support warehouse operations by providing delivery instructions
- Tracking orders for efficient shipment processing
- Office responsibilities - Consumable supply - Cashbox - Local Invoices- Sample Organization
- Review Customers sales performance to identify Business opportunities or sales related issues
- Assist in ad-hoc duties
Profil
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a strong sense for figures.
- Time Management: Punctual and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge of Windows, including D365 and Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data with attention to detail while also maintaining a broader perspective.
- Problem-solving: Passionate about resolving challenges and driving improvement.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrates a self-starting mentality and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
