Manager, CNBC Global FP&A

Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, Global CNBC, this key role will be responsible for the financial analysis and reporting of CNBC Global (Domestic & International).  The FP&A Manager role will play a critical role in consolidating the financial picture, providing strategic insights and implementing process improvement to drive financial excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage CNBC revenue, cost, and EBITDA analysis, including quarterly pacing, monthly close and preparation of financial summaries.
 Analyze financial results to gain a deep understanding of variances versus budget, estimates & prior year; highlight key trends, risks and opportunities.  
Develop/create management level presentations to support CFO in communicating financial/strategic analysis (Budget, LRP, Estimates)
Support CFO with budgeting process, working closely to develop and consolidate detailed budgets and financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. 
Lead the monthly headcount forecasting process, consolidating & preparing to report to CFO
Maintain and update financial data packs, seeking out opportunities to streamline/standardize processes to ensure accurate reporting and reduce manual inputs
Other ad hoc assignments, as requested.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
