Lean Manager – Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will lead all continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean methodologies to enhance processes and boost productivity.

As a Lean Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for waste reduction, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in lean principles will be instrumental in optimizing our operations, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Lean Manager – Job Responsibilities:

Drive the Continuous Improvement and High Performance Teams culture.

Develop and implement projects and initiatives to support the business with focus on automation and productivity improvements.

Ensure implementation and standardization of Lean Principles and tools across the organization (5S & Safety, Standard Work, PFEP, Kanban, Operational & Lean Enterprise Kaizen, Problem Solving).

Act as internal consultant providing Lean recommendations, expertise, and coaching for teams and line managers.

Identify risks and opportunities for improvement projects based on statistical data and business process analysis.

Supply innovative solutions and best practices for the organization.

Lean Manager – Candidate Requirements:

University degree (or international equivalent), preferably in Engineering or Business.

Manufacturing or engineering background, with proven track record of leading improvement projects.

Automotive background would be an advantage.

Excellent lateral leadership, analytical, planning and communication skills on all levels of organization.

Working knowledge of Lean principles including Value Stream Mapping, Just in Time, Six Sigma, Single Piece Flow, 5S and Safety, Visual management, Kaizen, SPC, Kanban, SMED, PFEP.

Readiness to regularly travel for business
