Operator 3 Shifts

You want to make the most of your free time while working full-time. As a 3-shift operator, you'll rotate shifts weekly, earning extra pay to enjoy during your time off.

As a 3-shift operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the production process. You will operate and set up machines, ensuring the correct amount of raw materials are used. Additionally, you will perform quality checks and keep your workspace clean and tidy. You can troubleshoot minor issues and know when to call in technical support if necessary. In short, you and your colleagues will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and the best bread is baked.

Shift Schedule:

• 1 week on the day shift: 08:00 - 16:00
• 1 week on the late shift: 16:00 - 00:00
• 1 week on the night shift: 00:00 - 08:00

This cycle repeats every three weeks. Saturdays are scheduled on a rotating basis (about 1 to 2 times a month), and you are always off on Sundays.

• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Experience as an operator or production worker.
• Ability to remain calm and resolve minor issues.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English for effective communication with colleagues.
• Minimum height of 1.65m due to working height and the need to lift materials overhead.

• A gross hourly wage between €16.02 and €19.53 based on experience for ages 21 and older, excluding shift allowances.
• A gross monthly salary between €2481 and €3215 based on 38 hours per week, excluding shift allowances.
• Shift allowances of 34% or 37%, depending on the hours worked.
• Gross hourly wage at 134%: €20.19 to €26.17.
• Gross hourly wage at 137%: €20.64 to €26.76.
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer, with a maximum of €5.70 per day.

  • Overtime allowance of 25% and 50%
