Car Sales Business Manager
Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Car Sales Business Manager to join their growing team. You will be based fully onsite working 47.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm and Midday to 9pm (x1), Saturday 9am-6pm and alternate Sundays 10am-5pm). Offering a competitive salary of £30,000 and an impressive OTE £100,000.
What does this role entail:
As a Business Manager you will be liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external partners to determine their needs and appropriate finance/insurance products for them. A Business Manager will provide support and guidance to Sales Executives. To control and monitor customer database, a Business Manager will facilitate the selling of vehicles and maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.
What skills will you have?
Must have previous experience withing a similar role in the automotive industry.
Experience of proposals for loan decisions.
Experience of delivering a customer centred product or service and working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel.
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
High motivation levels, with excellent communication and administration skills and can work well under pressure.
Skilled at creating an environment in which your team can thrive and perform in.
Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise.
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and a flexible approach to work.
