Are you a proven Onsite Account Manager who is seeking to a Challenge! We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader to manage a team of 6 and ensure the smooth operation of the onsite operations and supply of temporary labour. With a ramp up from 2,000 to over 10,000 hours in a short period, we need someone who can face difficult situations, communicate professionally, and demonstrate the right processes and experience ready to hit the ground running! This is an urgent requirement hence the need for a proven individual to join the team and take the controls!
As the Onsite Account Manager, you will be responsible to ensure effective shift coverage through your team of 4 coordinators and 2 supervisors. With shifts running 6-2 and 2-10, four on - four off, over 7 days, your team is fully responsible to carry out all recruitment requirements, registrations, sourcing of suitable candidates, advertising, payroll, Checking ID/RTW docs, referencing, inductions and overall fulfilment rates at met.
This is a forever-changing environment requires someone who can keep calm under pressure and build key relationships with the SMT onsite. Your reputation with the client is key, and you will liaise with them regularly to provide feedback and complete every task effectively.
If you have experience running onsite operations and thrive under stressful situations, we would love to hear from you. Salary is £32-35k level DOE with some degree of flex dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
