Responsibilities As an automation test lead:
Own the overall technical roadmap of automation solutions in collaboration with development and QA teams
Lead the QA team
Work with business to validate the test cases and test result End to End co-ordination with Client
Should be able to Establish, build, and maintain test architecture framework
Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements
Implement continuous integrations processes to fit within a DevOps environment
Identify and implement best practices
Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories for test automation
Adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and architecture
Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development preferred
Strong experience with automation frameworks such as selenium and cucumber
Must have good experience working with healthcare clients (or previously worked with Anthem will be preferred)
Strong understanding of SQL Strong knowledge of C#/JAVA Exposure to white box testing or technical testing like API, Web services, database migration, xml etc
Good working knowledge in Jira, Bamboo, Jenkins, IntelliJ, SoapUI Pro, REST/SOAP services, Git, Maven, bitbucket Notes for WFM or TA Automation Tester with good selenium BDD & Testing framework knowledge
