Junior/ Student Digitial IC Design Engineer (d/ m/ f) - part time
Premstätten, Austria - ams-OSRAM AG

• Requirements specification in formal tools (e.g. Intland Codebeamer)
• Digital IC front-end design implementation using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Digital block verification using automated self-checking testbenches and static code checks
• Contribute to requirements/architecture/design reviews
• Generation of relevant documentation
• Close collaboration with project team and (digital) domain experts

• Bachelor degree or ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering with basic knowledge in Digital Integrated Circuit Design
• Experience with relevant coding languages and CAD tools used for digital IC design and verification (Verilog, System-Verilog, VHDL, Synthesis, LINT) is a plus
• Experience with advanced MCU/bus-system based digital architectures (e.g. ARM Cortex-M/AHB/AXI/etc.) is a plus
• Experience with formal requirements management tools (e.g. Intland Codebeamer) is a plus
• Additional experience in following fields is a plus: Standard and automotive interfaces (I2C, SPI, SENT, PSI5, LVDS, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written) and excellent communication/listening skills
• Collaborative and respectful team player, dedicated to team success
• This is a part time job (approx. 15 hours/week), i.e. may be done in parallel to ongoing studies
