As a Senior Engineer Component Verification, you will play a essential role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the development and execution of component testing and verification programs. In your new role you will:

• Characterize our new Smart Power Switches during development phase
• Be included directly in the product development team
• Have a strong connection to other departments like Test Engineering and Application Engineering
• Develop automated tests for our advanced and state of the art test systems
• Do hardware development on schematic level
• Work on data analysis and assessment
• Develop new verification methodologie

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Successfully completed a degree (FH/University) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or comparable
• 1+ years of experience in the field of measurement technology or product development
• Programming skills (Python, Matlab, Visual Basic, C++)
• Experience in layout tools are an advantage (Eagle, Altium Designer)
• Good English skills and German as a plus

We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
