Aufgabe Systematically moderate and drive: Representation of TÜV SÜD (self & TÜV SÜD experts) in all relevant advocacy activities, including global cybersecurity regulations and norms (like ENISA working groups, TIC Council, TÜV Verband, Charter of Trust) together with divisions and regions Act as an interface between regulatory bodies and politics such as ENISA (EU) , BSI (Germany) , METI (Japan), NIST/CISA (US), NCSC (UK), industry associations like the Charter of Trust and TÜV SÜD internal organization Support the TÜV SÜD Cybersecurity Office s global workstream on involvement in regulations together with the workstream leads in defining and delivering the milestones and collaborate with experts across divisions and regions in development and driving of TÜV SÜD advocacy/political affairs strategy with respect to cybersecurity Create and maintain a regulatory landscape in the area of cybersecurity and other emerging technologies and help translate these regulatory insights for service development within the respective divisions and business units Support in preparation of written feedback for new standards (like NIST) and relevant regulations (like EU Cyber Resilience Act, EU RED, NIS-2, EU certification schemes etc.,) when opportunities exist Establish a timeline for expected regulations, target industries (&customers) potentially impacted and support in customer discussions in close collaboration with the relevant sales functions Establish & Maintain both an internal network of relevant stakeholders and external stakeholders concerning cybersecurity policy development
Qualifikation Graduation - Bachelor s / Master s degree Education related to political science is a plus Strong skills and solid experience in advocacy, regulations, and political affairs Experience of working with Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) or technology industry is a plus
