Your new role
We’re looking for an ambitious technical individual knowledgeable within the UC space. Who will be responsible for the operation of Exponential-e Voice platforms including BroadSoft and Microsoft teams.
* R&D, Architecture, design, and integration of the voice network infrastructure.
* Lead interoperability programs for carrier interconnects.
* Analyze multiple vendor node’s fit for platform feature implementation, participation in vendor demos, providing design inputs.
* Liaise with vendors for integration, service creation and validation.
* Be a point of escalation for any customer escalation and support issues for all UCC services.
* Expectations for the role in 3-6 months is to establish knowledge and apply experience to existing customers
What you’ll need to succeed
* deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams calling
* working with Carrier Grade VoIP Platforms / Soft Switches
* and attitude to learn and develop your skills and knowledge across the Microsoft UCC & Exponential-e UCC platform portfolio
* SIP troubleshooting knowledge
* customer service skills
* to produce technical documentation including test plans
* of routers, switches, and customer LAN environment.
