This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and is committed to maintaining confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process new hire paperwork and personnel transactions, including transfers, promotions, and terminations.
* Maintain employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy of personal data.
* Provide customer service and support across HR functional areas.
* Uphold strict confidentiality regarding personnel and pay information.
* Work independently, with access to confidential records requiring privacy maintenance.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* 1-2 years of Human Resources Experience or equivalent training preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
* Experience with I-9 Administration is a plus
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft software is advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Superior customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
EDUCATION:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
