They are now looking for someone to join them in and are looking for a HSE Advisor (Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor) in Waltham Cross.
The role of a HSE Advisor:
Produce high quality reports
Lead incident investigations any incidents and promote effective learning
Promote and maintain the company mission of being healthy and incident free work-place
Conduct site audits and internal / external inspections and generate reports to present findings to senior management
Support on project inductions to the workforce and ensure they are fully aware of health and safety and procedures to maintain safety at work
Highlight and advice on HSE related issues from preconstruction to completion of all projects
Ensure projects are working to the relevant regulations and compliance
Lead and influence the health and safety culture the business promotes
Work closely with key stakeholders and operational teams to ensure all projects are executed safely and risk assessed
Provide advice to employees on all health and safety matters The benefits of a HSE Advisor:
