Recovery Nurse

We are looking for a Recovery Nurse to work as part of a theatre team at a leading private hospital organisation offering care across a range of medical and surgical interventions in Central London. This Recovery Nurse role comes with an excellent salary of up to £40,000 and benefits package including a welcome bonus of up to 10% (T&Cs apply).
The overall responsibility in this Recovery Nurse role is to provide critical care to your patients’ post-surgery. Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of care is always maintained within the Theatre department.
In your first few weeks in this Recovery Nurse role, you can expect to:
Provide critical care to your patients’ post-surgery.
Assist in the development and implementation of high standards of clinical practice in relation to post-operative care.
Plan the individual care of patients and ensure this care is provided according to strict guidelines.
Educate each patient in all aspects of their post-operative and after-care plans.
Act as a support to junior members of staff and offer them guidance when necessary.
To apply for this Recovery Nurse role, you will need to be a Registered RGN with an NMC pin number or ODP with HCPC Registration. You will also require the following:
Registered RGN with an NMC pin or ODP with HCPC registration
Experience working in a theatre setting across multiple specialities.
