About the Role COMMIS CHEF at Bird & Signet - Glasgow Airport

Shift patterns: scheduled between 3 am and midnight

Pay rate: £11.65 per hour + SERVICE CHARGE IN ADDITION TO BASE SALARY! (£12.85 ph for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am )

We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team at Bird and Signet located at Glasgow Airport!

As a Commis Chef, you will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 3 am and Midnight, between Monday and Sunday.

As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.85 per hour!

Previous kitchen experience is desired, but not essential, as full training will be provided!

Responsibilities for Commis Chef:

Preparing orders with accuracy
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Demonstrate knowledge of brand products - full training will be provided
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in work areas.
  Requirements for Commis Chef:

Candidates must be over 18 years old or over
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
