Food & Beverage Manager

My client on the outskirts of Truro is seeking a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead their food and beverage operations.
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience, plus annual bonus, gratuities and company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department working alongside the senior management team to drive service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and develop a positive culture to build a rapport with all guests.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for training and developing your team, offering a supportive management style.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the Hotel dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimise profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
