Exceptional childcare requires exceptional staff, and that's where you come in. As our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our team, enabling us to make a difference in the lives of more children.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and execute LEYF's talent attraction strategy, positioning us as the employer of choice in the sector.

* Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to understand and prioritize needs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for various nursery roles and locations.

* Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring measurable results and a high return on investment.

* Drive employer brand awareness through various channels including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and offline marketing.

* Develop effective recruitment campaigns and content, analysing results to continuously improve future strategies.

* Manage the recruitment marketing calendar, meeting deadlines and overseeing the development of recruitment collateral and events.

* Build relationships with key stakeholders and manage job board accounts effectively.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in positioning a business as an employer of choice and driving ongoing advertising tactics.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to continuously improve talent attraction strategies.

* Proven ability to deliver recruitment advertising, social media campaigns, and employer branding activities.

* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to extract and analyse data quickly.

* Confidence to develop relationships and influence stakeholders.

* Strong project management and prioritization skills.
