Milk Education are recruiting for a Secondary Maths Teacher for a Secondary School site in Boston, starting from September. This is an SEMH school, who prides itself on focusing on students academic and pastoral needs whilst supporting them to raise their aspirations and fulfil their potential.

Secondary Teacher Role & Responsibilities:

● Implement engaging and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum standards.

● Evaluate student progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

● Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, and ensuring the safety of all students.

● Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Secondary Teacher Non-negotiables:

● Must have QTS/QTLS

● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

● Must have enhanced DBS or willing to purchase one
