Our client, a prominent player in the home water systems industry, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Call-out Engineer to join their team in Oxford. With a mission to redefine home water consumption, they offer cutting-edge technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Package:
Basic Salary: upto £27,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent
Varied workload on a call-out basis
Monday to Friday

As a Field Service Call-out Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding to rapid response jobs promptly and efficiently
Completing all assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism
Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs as required
Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality service
Managing workload effectively to meet service level agreementsRequirements:
The right candidate will be flexibility to work on a call-out basis (still within normal working hours on permanent bases), with some days potentially busier than others
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Previous experience in field service or a similar role
Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks and technical troubleshooting
