MAIN OBJECTIVES
Working with a growing portfolio of city clients and as part of passionate and high-quality team, the successful applicant will provide workplace assessments to help enable talent. This involves assessing the workplace barriers, recommending adjustments in a report to clients and providing a case management service.
Whilst predominately a home-based role the successful applicant will be expected to travel on occasion to client sites. An ability to commute to London (or nationally) on these days would be preferable.
We offer the ability to qualify as a CDMP (Certified Disability Management Professional) in a growing part of the business.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
Maintain complete and accurate records, including training records and case notes, on the appropriate company systems.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with client partners and stakeholders who have a remit around the support of workplace adjustments (e.g. Managers, HR Business Partners, Facilities Management, Occupational Health, Health and Safety, IT and Assistive Technology Management, etc.).
Be able to work and travel independently to employer sites.
Provide an excellent customer journey and experience for the employee, line manager and all other stakeholders.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Ability to coach, mentor and encourage others to promote wellbeing and self-care.
Knowledge of Equality Act and Disability legislation affecting employees.
Strong neurodiversity knowledge and an experience of delivering strategy coaching in this area.
Able to maintain accurate records using a bespoke database.
Able to identify risks to contract or to employees including safeguarding.
