Account Manager – Direct Mail

For over 40 years, this marketing services business has produced a wide range of printed marketing and mailing communications and has grown over the years into a full-service provider. Offering direct mail, door drops, inserts, creative, fulfilment, cross media, data management through to digital communications, this business works with an array of clients from the charity, travel, property, retail and financial sectors.
As an Account Manager, you will report into the Director and use your prior knowledge of the direct mail sector to generate new revenue streams from key accounts.
This is an office based opportunity, you must be able to commute to and from the office.
Your day to day duties will include:
Identifying and developing areas of growth within existing accounts
Communicating with clients via the telephone, online meetings and site visits
Hosting account review meetings
Monitoring billing and volumes of key accounts
Achieving targets and KPI’s and managing budgets
Dealing with client queries
Working with other departments to make sure client needs and projects are meeting deadlines
To be suitable for this role, you will need:
At least 3 years experience working in a similar role, specifically within a direct mail environment
Good knowledge of direct mail services
Proven ability to grow existing accounts by identifying new revenues streams
Full driving licence
