Mechanical Project Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join one of the the current leading M&E contracotrs within the UK, this will be a residential project in Milton Keynes, the M&E project value will be around nine million pounds. With the scheme being in pre - construction it is a great chance to join a well established contractor on one of their brand new projects.

Contractor

The contractor that we currently work with are a industry leading contractor who have over 200 employers with a company turnover of around seventy million pounds, they have come leeps and bounds since being established, with a healthy pipeline of work coming up it is a fantastic chance to join the business.

Duties

* Overseeing a Mechanical Site team

* Working on the Shell & Core and Fit - Out works

* Must have experience within works of Mechanical packages

* Working with a design & build contractor is preffered but not essential

* SMSTS or CSCS Black Managers qualification

* Experience with residential schemes

* Looking for someone who wants to progress

* Experience with a M&E contractor is preffered but not essential
