Claims Executive - French Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a French speaking Customer Claims Executive for their client based in Luton, Bedfordshire who are a marketing leading digital holiday operator.

As a French Speaking Customer Claims Executive you will be responsible for supporting the management, coordination, and processing of uninsured legal challenges commenced in France against the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Continuously reviewing uninsured legal processes to direct claims efficiently to the appropriate business area
Ensuring that the businesses interests are represented through the litigation process in uninsured matters, including any final court hearing.
Providing advice and support on consumer, Package Travel and general uninsured litigation matters to pre-action colleagues as well as the wider business.
Acting as subject matter expert on all aspects of litigation exposure facing the business, providing sound commercial solutions
Reporting on reserves, liability, volume, and trends
Acting as a wider business liaison in order to appraise the business of emerging litigation trends and competitor activityPerson Specification:

Fluent in French
An understanding of French Civil Procedure Law for tactical advantages.
An experienced Paralegal or Claims Executive
Knowledge and experience in dealing with, and responding to, uninsured claims, including pre-action matters, litigated matters and ADR cases such as conciliations.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good computer skills
Positive "can do" attitudeThis is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £37,500 + 20% Bonus & attractive company benefits.

If successful, this role offers flexibility to work from home 2/3 days a week. The successful applicant will need to be office based 2/3 days a week in Luton.
