Class 1 Port Shunters

TLP are recruiting Class 1 Port Tug Shunters to join our customer's operation based in Felixstowe, working Monday to Friday, we have dedicated day shift or night shifts available . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a new position with the benefit of working with Britain’s largest port.

* Night hours (Apply online only) - £14.89 to £16.55 Per Hour (PAYE), Weekly Pay OR

* Day hours (Apply online only) - £14 to £15 Per Hour (PAYE), Weekly Pay

Job Role:

* Operating a Tug with trailer

* Shunting containers throughout the port and supporting the rail terminal

* Communicating with colleagues and supervisors via a radio system

* 12-hour Shifts

* Three x 30-minute paid breaks

* Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Valid HGV 1 License

* Undertake and pass medical, induction and training, as per customer requirements
