I'm currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join my clients small team based in Luton, where you will work with some of the most well-known brands in the UK and Europe. This is a chance to work within a booming industry and brands that people are passionate about.

Role

Be the first point of contact for all customers
Manage all incoming enquiries and going through order samples, artwork, and proofs with customers.
Process all orders
Manage any changes to lead times
Update all customers data accordingly
Lapsed customer calls
Promote sales through various platforms You must

Have worked with an Sales Administration or Customer Coordinator role previously
SAP or internal CRM experience is ideal, training will be provided
Excellent written and verbal communication
Worked in a role where you have successfully maximised sales through excellent customer service
Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers
Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines

£28,000- £30,000 DOE
