Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks, and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of the child's current situation.
Work collaboratively with other professionals, including health, education, and law enforcement agencies, to provide a holistic approach to support.
Provide support and advocacy for children and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions and access necessary services.
Actively participate in safeguarding procedures and ensure all actions comply with relevant legislation and policies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all casework, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements of the Social Worker:

Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Scottish Social Work registration
Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
