Job Title: Credit Controller – Spanish Speaking/Fluent
Salary: Circa £32,000 + Benefits
Location: Chelmsford, Essex

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Credit Controller who is adept at communication. This is very much a customer focussed role so you must also be able to liaise effectively with all levels of clientele as well as working closely with the Finance team, ensuring the administration of the company’s financial processes are carried out effectively, with a focus on debt collection management and disputes resolution.
What you’ll be doing…
* Covering all aspects of Credit Control, daily and monthly financial processes, and controls within your designated area. (This is where your Spanish will be utilised).
* Manage the Finance Assistant, operate the sales and purchase ledger functions with the support of your team.
* Detail cashflow management/planning and bank accounts maintenance for the designated region.
* Ensure all invoices and payments are correct and sent out on time, handle queries and resolve any problems.
* Ensure all credit control and accounting processes are adhered to efficiently and accurately.
About you…
* You MUST be both English AND Spanish Speaking.
* Demonstrate a background in working in a customer facing finance role, ideally from Telecoms but other industries will be considered.
* Highly numerate and computer literate
* Ability to build and maintain great business relationships and hold outstanding negotiation skills.
* Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, Management, finance or similar.
